Who is responsible

The Sealpad app and the getsealpad.com website are run by Exito Group Co., Ltd., 1 Empire Tower, 47th floor, room 4703, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.

The Sealpad app

Sealpad works entirely on your Mac. It has no user accounts, does not connect to the internet, shows no ads, has no analytics and sends no data off your Mac.

It reads only the files you open and writes files only where you choose when you save or export. Your original files are never overwritten.

It uses the Mac clipboard only when you copy or paste.

It keeps a few settings on your Mac, such as whether the markup toolbar is shown. They never leave your Mac.

The getsealpad.com website

The website uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no ads.

It is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser types to deliver the pages and protect the site, under Cloudflare's own policy.

Support through Ko-fi

If you choose to buy us a coffee, the payment happens on Ko-fi and its payment providers under Ko-fi's policy. We only receive the name you choose to show and any message you write to us.

Email you send us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing us.
